FAQ

1. Payment Terms:

We accept bank/wire transfer, PayPal 100% in advance


2. Shipping:

We only work with DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS and this will help to ship the parts to 

all over the world with speed and saftey, normally the parts can be delivered 

in 2-5 working days. 


3. Tax:

Buyers are responsible for all Customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and other fees 

applied by their respective countries.


4. Warranty:

New for 12 months; Refurbished or used for 6 months

All units is guaranteed to be working upon arrival. Warranty period starts from 

arrival day. 

A warranty claim must be received before the end of the warranty period and 

the item must be handled to us within 7 days after the period has ended. 

At warranty claims, the customer pays shipping both ways. If the unit cannot be 

repaired or replaced, your purchase amount except shipping costs, will be 

refunded. If the item is found to have been damaged by the customer for 

instance rough handling, wrong installation or extreme temperatures, 

the warranty is not valid. 


5. Return:

If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding 

any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full 

working order and with no problems.

If you wish to return an item for any reason this should be reported to us 

within 7 days of delivery. 

If an unit is received defective, of course we take it back or replace it. 

If the unit is received as expected, we must charge for our expenses if you want 

to send it back. We have to charge for the work of handling, retesting 

and restocking.
